Tochimizolco Grace UMC in Olathe, KS, and Dayspring UMC in Tempe, AZ, have formed a partnership with the Mexican Methodist Church to establish a permanently staffed medical clinic providing medical, dental, construction, and Bible school support in Tochimizolco, Mexico.  Teams from these churches visit the clinic each year.  I was part of the team in 2005.

     The Presbyterian Church of Stanley, under the guidance of Laurie   
     Anderson, began a Mission Project ministry to the Yucatan        
     Peninsula of Mexico in January, 2004.

     CESSMAQ (Comité Evangélico de Servicio y Socorro - Maya Quiché, or the Evangelical Committee on Service and Support of Maya Quiche Presbytery) is a remarkable organization which has transformed the lives of the poor in numerous communities throughout the highlands of western Guatemala.
