Dear Family,

As you no doubt know, we are planning a 6th Dyck family reunion for August 6-8, 2004. We have reserved the Cross Wind Conference Center (Hesston, Kansas) and are planning a schedule similar to the last five reunions. That is, starting about 3 PM on Friday August 6 and finishing about 3 PM Sunday August 8.

Please send payment to Chris by June 1. The price structure has changed a bit (see below). Continental Breakfast is now complimentary from 7:30-9:00 AM. Feel free to call or email Chris with questions.

ROOM RATES
1-2 Adults (ages 13 and above):  $65 per night
Each additional adult in room:  $12 per night
Youth (age 7-12) in room:  $10 per night
Children under 7:  no charge

Add 6.3% Kansas State Sales Tax to all rates.

Example. For Chris's family (wife Amy, Jamie age 16, Laura age 12. Staying two nights all together in one room (maybe not the smartest idea with teenagers). $130 for Chris and Amy lodging, plus $24 for Jamie lodging, plus $20 for Laura lodging. All six meals = $25 Chris, $25 Amy, $25 Jamie, $12.50 Laura. Subtotal of lodging and meals = $261.50. Add 6.3% tax = $16.47. Total =$277.97
